Friday Conversation with Cindy Cosco of Passaggio Wines - Episode #59

Mark has a conversation with Cindy Cosco of Passaggio Wines and does a virtual tasting of her 2008 Chardonnay. This is the first Skype interview for 1337 Wine TV and as a result some audio issues cropped up. I believe I found the problem and it should be resolved by the next interview.

Wow! Despite the minor audio glitches, the live interview format was really informative. I loved it. Very cool (and I'm sure a little nerve-wracking) to be tasting with the winemaker. I had never heard about this label before, but the San Francisco Chronicle reviewed the Passaggio Chardonnay a few weeks ago and gave it the thumbs up. Great idea to interview a winemaker who's story hasn't already been told a 1000 times. Great work Mark. Can't wait to try to the wine.

Thanks, Jack! I really appreciate the comment. This is something I've been wanting to do for a few weeks and Cindy was kind enough to let me try it out with her. During the interview I never heard any issues with the audio. The maker of the recording software, ecamm, said it was probably the bluetooth headset. I have a USB headset on the way that should clear up that issue.
